EXPERTISE
Cross-Department Partnership
I have gained experience and expertise in working with many different departments and business partners, both within my organizations and throughout the community, to identify performance gaps, create solutions, and administer those program/performance plans.
Leadership Development
Through analysis of skills and abilities (Myers Briggs/SII) and determination of departmental needs and strengths I am able to work with employee partners to identify and develop leaders to ensure and encourage consistent growth and quality throughout my organization
E-Learning Course Design/Management
In both my role at Atterbury and as a Graduate student I have designed and facilitated group learning in e-Learning formats. My ability to quickly learn LMS systems has made me a valuable addition to staff and afforded me opportunities to develop and lead staff trainings. In my course work at IU I worked in Canvas, but also created and facilitated courses using HTML/CSS.
